Normal web design agencies would do a discovery call and ask questions in a 1 on 1 conversation, but I have put those questions in a form that you have to fill out if you want to work with me.

I know this is not a personalized way of getting in contact with each other, but I have to delegate my time differently. Thank you for your understanding.
